Failed to connect to front server/Play Game page

A friend is unable to connect to front server with his account, even though he is logged in to the Play Game page.
However while I'm logged in with my account to the Play Game page (on my own computer) and he tries to open the game with my username and password, it works.
At the same time, when he's logged in to the Play Game page with my account (on his computer) and tries to open the game, he gets the error "Failed to connect to front server."

We've checked proxy and it can't be the IP address, since he's able to connect to my account while I'm logged in on a different computer and internet connection. We've also tried a page refresher, which makes him log out of the Play Game page every time it refreshes.

I also have tried logging into his account, but I haven't been able to connect to the Play Game page with that. Every time I press "Login", it simply erases username and password, no matter how many times I retype it.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

It likely has something to do with the computer. Enable cookies, clear caches, and clear browser history. Try another browser as well

First of all, thank you for your reply.

We tried it. He's able to connect to my account on both Chrome and Firefox, but when it comes to his account, he's only able to connect to the Play Game page on Chrome.

I've also tried to connect to his account on Firefox and it just erases username and password after I press login.

He got his account banned for 15 minutes for typing it wrong and we suspect it could be the reason. He'll try making a new account to test it.

What's the account username? It's possible there may be something up with it

He tried an old account of his and it works fine. It might be something with this one, yes.

Yeah it appears as though that account doesn't exist anymore. How long has it been since your friend used it? If it's been a good year and a half then the server likely has automatically deleted it by now

Your friend should try making a new account as it should work for them

Chordata_6616 is new. He made it on the same day I made mine but he got his password wrong and had to wait 15min.

He used an old one and it works just fine. He'll keep that.
