I can't get in game

When i finally registered, i downloaded the game and made my characters ...
But when i want to play it shows me the 'Loading...' screen, then an error comes in saying "Failed to connect to main server."
(the play game tab is open)

I tried to fully re-install the game, but it didn't work
(The firewall isn't blocking it and the internet connection is fine)

When you lose connection, does your play game tab still have you logged in? Or did it kick you out? I know you said it's "open" but I want to be sure c:

- You could try opening the login tab with a different browser or from a mobile device

If those two options do not work:
Do you by chance know if you have any proxies within your browser?

- Go to https://feral-heart.com/myip/ and make note of what IP address is listed there in the upper left corner. Do not post that IP address here as that is for your eyes only.
- Then, download this http://www.feral-heart.com/myip.zip, run it, and see what IP address it gives you when it is complete.

If these two do not match then you are likely running a proxy in your browser.

Those two options didn't work
(i tried to open it from opera, but no success)

I have already checked my IP and it matched
