How to put a GIF into my signature?

You go to edit your profile and just like putting a picture into your post, just use [img*][/*img] (without the * of course) with the link to the image between. If you use imgur to upload your pictures, be sure to end it with .gif.

How do I upload it?

A lot of people use Imgur. Once the image is uploaded, hover over the arrow in the top right corner of the picture, click on "Get share links" in the drop down box, and the forum code one is the one you want to copy and paste.
