im lost

Right so
I'm lost inside my mind and I can't word so I hope screenshots will do,,
What happens;
I log in properly with the log in page and all that jazz, game logs me on but
- I have no friends, offline nor online
- I do not lead my groups but one of the members instead
- I see nobody online
- I do not have my bio
Yet,
- Everybody can see me, see what I type, my bio, and sees me as the leader of my groups

I tried literally everything
- Reinstalling FH
- Restarting my PC
- Quitting the game and logging back in
- Logging out and back in

One thing that works, kind of, is going to another map and coming back.
That leaves me with;
- Still not leading my own groups
- I can see players, players can see me. Their names in group chat do not exist, and I can't see "..has went offline/online/left the group" etc)
- I can see players type
- Still got no bio

and uh
idk if I forgot to mention anything else.

I've never seen anything like this. o-o Looks like a server based problem though, not file related, so I don't have many suggestions. Maybe try running the login page on a different browser? I use Firefox but most people have Chrome. Also, if you can reconnect to your internet (like disconnect and reconnect right after), it may do something, but usually restarting your PC would cover that.

Never has this problem been reported, but there is a setting which allows you to cut off arrivals. Go to esc > options > and scroll down until you see Arrival Chat Name and make sure don't show is not selected. This is the only reason which may be cutting off the 'arrivals' from showing. Possibly try restart fh then clearing your recycling bin on your computer completely could help?

If this is happening everytime you log on then its most likely server based. I’d suggest trying to contact one of the game mods directly if you haven’t already, since its a glitch on their behalf and I doubt there is any way of fixing it yourself

In the screenshot, are you the one named Demetrius? Or the one named Branwenth?

You might have caught Cherika Valley at a time when it's empty, do you see any "Has arrived" messages in The Grounds?

This is a connection issue.

Certain bits of information are either not connecting to the server, or the server itself isn't connecting to you/letting you connect.

Restart the router or turn your wifi off/on again.

I've used all three browsers i had, all gave the same results

I've turned the arrivals off because they lag me out, otherwise that should work. I just don't see people online /at all/. Characters, I can't see what they type.

There was people in Cherika because I asked people in the group about it and they said there was another pack in the map or so

Tried restarting my router and turning wifi off and back on. Didn't work either unfortunately.
