My Presets wont work

I have Presets made by other people and some made by me. I have used them before and know how to upload them. I have used all my presets in the game and they have worked fine for years. All my presets are in the preset file and everything and now they won't load in the game. All my characters have presets and none of them work. Please help

Before you enter the preset maker, have your username in the box exactly how it appears in game. Make sure that there are no (1) or (2)'s of the preset parts, it can't be a copy. Also make sure you are giving your only the preset parts and having them put it in the FeralHeart>>Presets folder. You must also restart their game to see it.

If anyone can help we can join a Joinme and i will give you control on my Laptop. I have tried Everything to get them back. Maybe someone can do it over joinme and help?

Hmm. Have you tried reinstalling them? Otherwise, I wouldn't be apposed to helping you through join.me. WOW I haven't used that in a forever rip

Sadly i dont have all of the downloads Some of my presets are a couple years old

Hum. What shows up when you try to see your preset? Is the preset just not there, or is it white or untextured?

My preset Just isn't there. This has happened before with 1 of my presets and that was an easy fix. Now all of the presets for my Characters don't show up and i have tried everything i know to fix it.

Sadly, I don't have an exact way of fixing this, cause I don't think I've ever dealt with this personally.
I still wouldn't mind trying to help you through join.me and tamper with what I can to see if I can miraculously fix it. You can PM me the join.me if you'd like to try that.
