Can't connect to maps?

Sooo i haven't been on in a while but I seem to not be able to get into any maps except the Lonely Cave?? It always tells me "failed to connect to map server" and I'm not sure what to do??? Any help??? Thank ya!!! :)

Saw you said you haven't played in awhile, depending how long awhile is, Have you updated to the latest patch by chance?
