Can't load into game?

I just downloaded FH a few days ago. Whenever I log in on the main page, I get a message that says 'failed to connect to front server'. How do I fix this?

Are you using the login/Play Game tab..?
You can either find it at the top row on your screen, and through this link: https://feral-heart.com/login/index.php

I can log in to the website just fine. I'm talking about the game.

If you follow this:

You have to login and keep the tab open.
After that, you open up Feral Heart, and then log in.

The login page allows you to log into the game <3 Without it, you cannot connect to the game.

Hey! I recommend checking the thread Cal posted ^ and then when logging in on FH, have this page open https://feral-heart.com/login/ and keep it open while on the game.

Just to add onto the posts that have already provided the help you need,
try opening the game on top of your browser with the Play Tab in view so that the connection is strongly established between the game server and the play tab.
