Realistic Tan Point Marking (Can Pay)

Hello! I'm just looking for someone to make a realistic tan point canine marking for public use if possible? I'm kind of tired of using the less than quality alternatives. ; - ;
If desired, I can offer payment in the form of DeviantART points (up to 44) or Paypal (negotiable).
