Can not install game.

Hello, I'm returning after four months away and just recently bought a new laptop.
When I go to download to game, I click "Web Setup", it downloads, but will not let me run it and finish the installation. I've tried tons of different browsers, I've messed with security settings, I've ran as administrator as well. Still I get the same messages, "Publisher not found" or "Denied access" as well as "Corrupted file error."
I am also experiencing the same issue with the Legendary Markings and the Item packs.

Since you keep receiving errors from several sources that usually come about when a file is not installed completely, it leads me to believe there may be something going on regarding your internet connection's stability. Are you able to download files from other websites without issues? What antivirus software do you have on your computer actively? What operating system are you using? What security settings did you mess with? Do you own the computer you are using/would anyone else have access to security software on your computer?

Had you previously had FH downloaded on this new laptop at all? Make sure you have the FH setup from the previous patch deleted & uninstalled.

I've downloaded Google Chrome, but that's all. I was wondering if it might be because I dont have Winrar or some other program to open the compressed files? For the antivirus software I'm using firewall. I have turned off the security settings, but the game still wouldn't install so I turned them back on. I do own the computer I'm using.

I haven't had feralheart downloaded on this exact laptop, but I had the same exact type of laptop before and it downloaded fine. Unfortunately, I had to sell it due to family issues.
