Avatar not animated?

For some reason, the GIF keeps self-converting into a PNG once I upload it... Can I fix this? Others seem to be doing just fine with theirs if I'm not mistaken.

I think it needs to be really small like 100 pixels
Not sure if that's the exact number tho~

GIFs on your avatar can only be 100x100 and smaller, not more.
