Mkay so i've been on the forum help setion and i see some of the same questions asked all the time. I've decided to just post the answer here and save chur time! lol



(Q) How do I change my avatar?

(A) Simple, just go to 'profile' found underneath the Hello, username part. Then go onto 'forum profile information' found in the sidebar, then theres the picture of your avatar. Underneath your avatar you will find a browse button, click it and your photo section of chur comp should appear. just choose the picture of your likeing and double click it! you can also add a custom text underneath it if ya wish.

(Q) How do i add a picture in my signature?

(A) Okay so there are a few ways to do this. If its a picture off of the interwebz, simply put

[img][/img] in your signature box, which is also found under 'forum profile information' and in between the two img code things, put the direct link to your photo. a direct link should end in .jpg or .gif. or .png, etc.

if its a photo from your comp, theres also a few ways to do this. I simply upload the photo to iaza.com because its easy and i dont need to create an account. Then get the direct link from there. this technique is also used to put a photo in a simple forum post

(Q) How do I find out if somebody replied to my post?

(A) Kay so i actually dont see this get asked, but when i was a newb here i didnt know, untill i was toying around with the forum. Under all the hello, username stuff there is a button that says "show new replies to your posts" simply click it and any replies to a thread you have posted in will show up here!

(Q) How do i add smileys like this  in quick reply?

(A) The animated smileys found on the message posting page can be easily added in quick reply by just typing them as you would type a regular smiley. Im not sure if that makes sense or not, so heres the codes for typing all of these smileys                                  without the message posting page

Thanks for the info on how to put pictures, I was just looking for that!
Hope you add more to this soon... It looks really promising 

Maybe you could add how to do smilies and stuff on quick reply (if you can do it)? I think it may be the same as how you do it on proboards but I'm not quite sure.
