I'm extremely relieved others have been experiencing this issue as well and its not some crazy issue that's exclusive to me. Thanks to a very helpful user in the Discord, I have come to a conclusion that might not sound all that assuring but I can confirm that it has worked for me.
Wait a couple of days. At most, a week. I didn't touch my FH account for two whole days and the problem is magically fixed, somehow. This is my solution, so it may not be the end-all solve for everyone. However, I could give this a shot. If the problem persists after waiting for a couple of days, I would definitely contact staff. I have no idea what causes this issue but this is the solution, for me at least.
