Map won't load, login fail

When I log in I don't get a map, everything's just black. All the other users are way above me and if people fall to my level it's because they're logging out. What's going on and how do I fix it???

Hello, love. I can see that no one has helped, I am sorry. The way to fix this is to look at details: Is there one character that does that? Or all of them? If it is only one then delete that one and try to remake it. If it's all restart and delete your characters.
