Which Patch do I download?

Today when I tried to login to my game account, it said I had to download the new patch. I was wondering which one it is because when I try to save it, it asks if I want to overwrite "FeralHeart". Please help! :)

Are you trying to download the Feral Heart Game Setup or Feral Heart Patch?

Now I feel all stupid :P. It must've been a glitch because I clicked "download" three times before. Then I was just looking around this site to check some posts I had and I came back and clicked the "download" again, and it worked. Again, sorry for seeming stupid :(
