Well im new here and when i go to download the game setup it won't let me?

It doesn't seem to be letting me download the torrent either aparently it doesn't know what to open it with? :S

You can open it with uTorrent, just an example. If you haven't got uTorrent,
you can wait for a little while, and try the download again later.
