Login Problem, Need Help (Info Below)

I was wondering if someone can help me be able to play Feral Heart. My problem is whenever I put in my password and username, it thinks its the wrong password or username. I know my username is correct, and my password is correct, so I don't know what to do. I changed my password twice, hoping that would help, but no luck. I tried clicking the "Forgot Password" button and typed in the token and everything and nothing happened. I am hoping someone could help me, but I know i'll never get any luck playing Feral Heart or not.  Thanks- WolfLoverBri35810- 7:19 pm 6/30/11

Are there any numbers in your password? If so, are you using the numpad? DON'T. Only use the numbers above the keyboard.

Any special symbols? FeralHeart can't recognize some in the login screen.

Your keyboard language is set to english?

try using the numbers above the letters... idk if it will work.

I have that problem to... and so does someone named Karissa does it maybe not recognize capitalized letters?
