game problem :(

hey i dont know if any one else has this problem but i downloaded the new patch and when i went to log in to play the game it said you must download the new patch and then the website page. Can anyone give me advice or tell me what to do? Ive downloaded it like 2 times. Please Help!!

I guess you forgot to install it. A mistake some new users do. Just save the patch installer somewhere you can find it, double-click it and install it into the same folder you installed the actual game to c:
