Patch Question

I looked around and didn't see anything like this but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I haven't been on FeralHeart in a while now and I notice there are a lot of changes since I was on here last. My question is this: The version I have is 1.02 I think and I have the FHPatchV1.02to1.03. I want to update my game but the patch on the download page is V1.05 to 1.08. Is there some stuff I need to download in between the two? Do I need to just delete and redownload the whole game? Or am I going to be ok with just downloading the new patch?

Yeah, I'd just save all maps and presets (if you have any) and redownload the game and patch, then install.
