Don't know if the message will send to you based on your forum name (I recommend changing it to your username so people can contact you via forums).
But to answer your question, yes. You can create multiple characters, I believe the limit is 100. After you have created your first, simply hit create again, and it will let you create another.
Once you go to start the game and pick between them, you will have arrows beside your characters that will allow you to cycle between them.
