well give me some tips guys I rlly need some help cause my pack got disbanded many times!

I'm sorry, but there really is no way to fix it or avoid it as it is - you'll just have to deal with it until it gets fixed in the game.

The only way to prevent it is to not make a group right now.

I believe there is a way to prevent it...

When you make your group, log out for 5 minutes, then come back. And if you ever crash, stay logged out for a few.
