Water kills endermen!

I was in creative mode and I saw some endermen so i looked at them, I was hovering over the water and they started chasing me on land, and as soon as they got in the lake they were flashing red. After a few seconds they fell over and disappeared!

I discovered that when I saw some dying in the rain.... xD

I just went all,''...Huh." and carried on trying to get to my house.

Also I think my Endermen like Topiary. I keep seeing moved leaf blocks >_>

There are random water blacks on my game... And I was doing some digging, went to my house to put blocks away, waited through teh night and when I went back they had placed blocks in there XD
