Update!!!

Server is up, running and should be working well. Server version is for 1.8.1
Note: if you have the 1.9 pre-release, you cannot connect to the server! Use 1.8!


Fixes:
Creepers now spawn again. Note, when they explode they do not damage their surroundings.

New features: 
Enderman. Enderman now spawn on the server. Note; they have been nerfed. They cannot take blocks out of the town. They do pick up "clone" blocks though, but cannot place them anywhere.

Animals: Animals now spawn only ONCE per chunk. Please do not kill them or we wont have anymore.

Flying. OPs are now able to fly and have any block they want and be invincible. This is a new addition to 1.8. It changes your game mode from survival to creative. The command is:  /gamemode <playername> <gamemode>

In the <gamemode> slot you write 0 or 1. 0 is survival and 1 is creative.
(example) typeing: /gamemode Ghostinghowl 1

Would put me into creative mode. Press spacebar twice to start flying. Space makes you go higher, shift makes you go lower. Double tap space to stop flying.

All that other stuff: yep, we got it.

D: although I should let you guys know, that 1.8 really does not like my laptop.  It likes to make it overheat spontaneously and unpredictibly. Most of the time it's alright though. But just putting this out there.
If I randomly dissappear and not comeback, it's highly likely that my laptop overheated.

Honestly you dont really need TMI now. Just switch yourself into creative gamemode and you have all the items there.

Oh Draak, there's a mod you might be interested in. Its called Optifine. It optimizes minecraft to not use as many resources and be easier on your computer. Maybe it will work for you?
