D: help me, it says windows cant open file!

Whenever i clicked open on the file, it said windows cant open file.
Then i set it to open with internet explorer.
Now whenever i open it, a tab pops up but then dissapears.

Sorry to jump in on this conversation, but you may need to download winrar. This program is completely safe. After downloading this right click the folder you want to open and click open with winrar archive. Now extract the files u need to be moved. I'm sorry if i don't respond the power is out due to hurricane Irene, im using my phone atm.

now humphrey I tried asking a friend of mine if she know how to do it but she couldnt so I guess I cant do it..sorry :/. Ill send your felica all I need is your email account ..it safer that way. and Luka Ill try sort this out and send you the link again to see if it work again. Like what courtney said the WinRAR (I got my own) I can send you that from winRAR all you need to do is download them and ill send them.

Sorry that i was gone for a while. I broke my foot. (the boys dared me to jump of the monkey bars) Now i got pins in my foot.Let me explain the preset again,the fur is brown with green markings(use the swirl design),mismatched paws,(front left paw is black,front right paw is white,back left paw is white,and back right paw is black)right eye is green,left eye is blue,(may please make em glow?)bangs on the left,part of the tail is black,(like a fox tail)and the chest and stomach is white.
