My game is downloaded, but cannot connect to server

I downloaded it, step by step and followed directions, and everytime i log in it says "Failed to connect to the front server" Any help? Has this happened to anyone else? Ive tried Uninstalling and installing but it doesnt work. Thanks!

I'd say you should check so windows firewall isn't blocking the game from accessing the internet.
