the presets worked for me..did you type in the name of the image files into the text document that says preset_#(whatever number you are using) and did you make sure everything was spelled correctly and ended in .png cause i know i though it didnt work at first but then realized that i mistyped one of the image file name(cause sometimes I just can't spell to save my life xD) and its body came out white anyway I hope this helps a least a little.

to get a preset in game you have to go to My computer-Local Disk (c): find the feralhearts folder open that then click on the presets folder and 10 more folders will show up numbered 1-10 you click on the first one(if you haven't used it) and drag the image filed into the folder then open the text document and type the name of the image file of the presets body where it previously said preset_#body.jpg (you have to put this file in two differnt places so make sure you replace both of the preset_#body.jpg) other wise only half of the preset's body shows up. Do this for the head eyes(both of thoses have two places where the image file name must be put) and the tail and click save and your preset should be in game.
