I'm sorry, but I can't accept this application. For one, your application does not meet the standards for a rare Rune, and you are missing a small yet important part of the app. Not to mention that you seem to have a case of being overpowered, and unmarked Rune wolves cannot use their powers.

That's what I've been trying to sort out. Most people seem to be most active on the evenings, and I'm good for pretty much any time you guys are online. The main problem is that we need to figure out where we're going to meet since the map's not done yet.
