A smile formed upon Xanders jaws as Locran told him that he wouldn't allow him to do such a thing. For he did not know what to say. But for Locran to say such a thing, it meant that he cared about him. Xander had never been cared for before, he was normally just like the scrap of spare meat that was left to one side after the hunt. Totally ignored and forgot about. But now, he was starting to believe that he belonged somewhere... Soon later, the grey male and female explained that they thought he did well and spoke of Cole like he was vermin. But that's what Cole was like, horrid vermin that needed to be gotten rid of. "Thank you," He said after a long pitiful silence of watching the strangers with careful eyes, they said that they would support him and agreed with the idea of becoming a pack. He liked these wolves, it felt like he had knew them for years.
Xander saw the sorrow rise from Dawn out of the corner of his black eyes. Yet he did nothing, just stood there and watched as she walked away. After all, like she was going to listen to him? And he would most likely mock her after giving a awful attempt of trying to cheer her up. So there was no point following. Locran could do a much better job than him.
He turned back the strangers, a little happier and more confident in his self. "Indeed, But I'm not too bothered to be honest, they can go have their soppy heart to heart talk now, Dawn will be pleased," He laughed, his dark eyes arrogant and smug, yet somewhat kind of warm. "I'm Xander by the way, and the white guys Lorcan and the copper females called Dawn, and you two are?"
