black enviorment when playing feral heart+

ok so everytime i login to feral heart+ i get a black enviorment, i did everything i can to fix it so i turn to you guys and girls on the forum, ok so how do i fix it, i tried going home but that dont work cuz it wont say my home which is bonfire. i tried reinstalling the game, i tried turning off my firewall and antivirus software, i everything  so please help me on this

Many people are having the same issues when installing FH+. Even I had the same difficulty when I first installed it, but I found wolffox's great tutorial on how to fix this problem. Follow all steps correctly and you will no longer have the black screen problem.
