irrKlang.dll?????
« on: December 08, 2011, 10:00:17 pm »
I tried to open FH, but a window-thing came up saying "This application has failed to start because irrKlang.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I did re-install it, but the same thing pops up. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so, how do I fix it?

I know the patch makes the game not work, but I don't think this has anything to do with it.

Reinstall with another installer.

Most likely broken installer.

Re-installing the game DOESN'T work! Red's supposed link isn't there, and I need valid help. Now.

Because you are bumping a year that's over a year old, most likely a broken link.

But re-installing the game does work. Just go onto the downloads page where you get the game, download a new copy and re-install the game.

I have the same problem. And I checked in the FH folder, and found an 'irrKlang.dll' file. It was a DLL file. Anyways, I set it to open with FH and tried to open the program, it worked. Buuuttt- I attempted to open the 'Map Maker' option (the only thing I use these days- heh) and it crashed. I operate on Windows 7 Home Premium- any helpful tips?
