Dis is not to be mean or anything, but it's probably around the 10th post I make on this forum saying it's nothing but a possible function that will be introduced in the future, and right now it doesn't do anything at all.

Flourite seems to be working just fine, I'd suggest you wait a min or two and try again, possibly another character.

strange, i had the same exact problem XD i couldnt figure out what the E was for, and also, florite wont work for me either. and when i make a character and to to florite i crash. the worst part is that any character that was in florite when i logged off or crashed wont load.
