Well, it depends on what you mean, do you need help integrating the code into the material file? Or do you want to know how to make a part in the texture transparent?
For the texture, you have to have Gimp
Open the file in Gimp
Click the Layer tab
Drag your mouse over to Transparency
Click the Add Alpha Channel
Next, use the eraser tool to make the parts invisible or transparent
Once you're done, save it as a.png file
To integrate it, open the material file in notepad
Select (let's say) everything under the line: material preset_3_bodyMatL to the line before: material preset_3_bodyMatR and paste the code
Next, rename the line (example): WBody_Left.png to the file name you have, but leave the .png
Now, just repeat the process for the other parts, renaming them by the ones you have.

Make the skull and tail transparent even the ribs on its body see through and the leg too and the skull is bloody even the fur and realistic fur you can get and the teeth like there looks like there are lots of teeth and bloody paws.

I think I requested a couple presets before and saw my name on the waiting list, but the presets aren't on the page where you can download them. I didn't get a PM for the downloads either...

Sorry Kae-Kae, I tried pming you about the problem, but the school's computer won't allow it, anyways, we had a power outage and the Preset Folder I keep my presets in got corrupted, I saved all I could, but I'm going to have to re-do yours and another person's, as MediaFire did not want to upload the archive from cause of corruption, I assume Gimp's texture files did the same thing, now I can't even extract them to check, sorry for the inconvenience, I can guaranty you'll get your presets back on today.
