Okay so, I dont know if anyone already posted something about this or if it's been resolved but if so, please kindly re-direct me to the thread that addresses this issue.
Okay, so, I just downloaded the patch not even two hours ago. I'm thinking "cool, I get to check out the wings and new maps" right? nope. As soon as I saw the log in screen even THAT map was buggin out and random meshes were covering half the screen. When I logged in and went to the character creator the same thing happened and the sky was made of ... rock. I went to play as the first character listed, too afraid to click on anything other than to play the game and even at bonfire its.... a mess... I've seen other threads about waterfall glitches and such but not with the problem i'm having, at least not this severe. I even had a new graphics card downloaded [i downloaded it prior to this for the sims 3] and its still not working, with or without the graphics card [i uninstalled and reinstalled the driver a few times] and I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing changed. I took a screen shot of what I'm dealing with below when I entered bonfire island.
If anyone knows how to fix this or knows of a thread where the problem was resolved, please contact me about it.
