So if you have someone make you an item and you download it and use it. No one else can see ANY of the items? Like yours will disappear if I put on custom made Saberteeth?

You can see your items, and the items of anyone else who has the same item pack. but for those who don't it will be like they don't exist.

Redownload the pack and try again? You probably didn't place them right.

That means you didn't correctly install the items. Make sure you drag each individual mesh and texture in, don't just drag in the folder.
