FH+ Is all black when I get on my charr.

HELP!!! When I get on FH+ the only thing I can see is my charrie and the chat and the icons below! Please............HELP ME!!!

move your character to bonfire island

The black means that you are in a map not accessible by FH+. You must move your character to bonfire before opening that character in FH+ since that is the only map that connects the 2 programs Hope that helps.

It doesnt work, I made a new character and its still all black, unless im at the wrong place. How do I move my charr to bonfire? When I click home it says nothing.

lately, because of the new patch and maps, the new home is set to Lonely Cave. go out the portal that leads to Ficho tunnel and continue walking streigt (sp?) until you get to Bonfire Island. dont go to the direction of the waterfall though, it leads to Flourite. once you get to Bonfire, set your home there, quit, and go onto FH+, you should be in Bonfire there.
