Mountain Wolf Pack

Dusty climbed on May. She whimpered wanting her mom. She tried to howl but all that came out was a high pitched whine/howl. She laid on May. Where is my mom? She thought to herself. She wanted her mom to come home. All of the sudden she sensed an unwelcoming guest. She senced May being attacked. She whimpered and yelped. The pup didn't know what to do, she felt May standing above her, she felt a little bit safer. She whimpered for her mom. She winced at the fighting wolves and crawled behind May.

Jacob sighed, flattening his ears. "It's just that, I lik..." he paused when he saw Logan move closer. He noticed Logan listening to his conversation. Jacob snorted a bit frustrated. "I'll tell you later, alone. Sorry..." he got up and walked away to the pond and laid down under a tree. He watched his reflections, he flattened his ear again. His tail flickered in the dry sand. "I wish there were two Cassidy's..." he whispered to himself, he sighed and kept watching his reflection. "Maybe I'm to ugly" he said looking closer to his reflections face. "Or maybe I am just to uncool for her, or I just don't deserved a beautiful she-wolf like her..." he sighed again, watching the water.

Night stopped fight the male when he saw May's still form next to Dusty and the other pups. He whimpered as he went up to May ,and nudged her neck. He whimpered "May, please get up. Open your eyes please May! Please don't leave me!" he howled in pain and loss. The male whimpered and put his tail between his hind legs and showed submission to Dawn. (May is NOT dead!)

The pup whimpered crawling on May's limp body. She knew something wasn't right. The pup crawled and curled under Mays chin. She began to whine sadly, she knew May needed help urgently. Dusty pawed at Mays nose softly. Someone please help! She said in her mind.

Night heard Dusty's whines, he sighed looking down at May's fawn fur. Tears were running down his muzzle he wisphered "I just lost her please May open your beautiful silver blue eyes and speak to me." May grunted in pain and opened her eyes a little and saw Night have his head bowed with tears running down his black muzzle. She wisphered "thank you for coming to my rescue Night." she closed her eyes and fell into a deep sleep.

The pup climbed on May's head and whimpered. She licked May's closed eyes. Keep holding on. The words echoed in her head.

Cassidy looked over her shoulder and saw Logan. "What are you doing here?" She teased him as he sat down beside her.

Logan smiled. "I was just making sure Jacob wasn't being a wackjob."

Cassidy smiled and rolled her eyes. "He wasn't He's actually very sweet." She whispered looking at Jacob. "Please wait here this time." She got up and trotted over at Jacob. "Are you okay?" She asked him and looked in to his eyes.

Logan rolled on his back and batted at a petal above his nose, trying to keep it in the air as long as he could.

Night curled around May licking her wounds and after that he fell asleep next to her.

Dawn trots into the den and licks her sister than picks up her pup and curls around her next to may and nurses her

Logan nipped at the leaf above him and then sat up and watched it float down to earth. He picked it up in his mouth and looked down at it and realized he was hungry. He made sure Cassidy was still with Jacob and he slunk off in to woods and killed a caribou. He brought it back to where he was sitting and sat it in front of him, waiting for Cassidy to return.

When Cassidy was over with Jacob, her heat scent became stronger and she adjusted a little bit trying to keep it back. She covered it with her tail and then stood up and sat on her tail.

Jacob sniffed and knew Cassidy was next to him. "Um, I don't know..." he sighed. He looked down with sadness. The male flattened his ears. He was afraid Logan would hear.

The pup whined happily and quickly nursed. She made cute whimpers and squeaks.
