Help me pleeease.

Hi, so two months ago starting on Jan.1 my feral heart game has not been working it keeps saying "failed to connect to front server" everytime i try to log on. I havent been able to fix it so i didnt bother but now its bugging me and i really wanna play again.(lol)
     I have tried re-downloading and making a new account but neither worked, if you have a solution please try to use simple words and explain well, im really not a computer person lol.

I dont even get to that part, its when i try to log in. At the very first title screen thing where you can also choose to go to map maker and stuff.

Sounds to me like a connection problem. The game has been down a number of times since January first. Based on the time you posted this thread, it seems you're trying to log in when a HUGE number of people are also trying to access the game. However, this could also be based on your own connection, has it changed any? Try getting closer to the modem.

However, you may also want to try deleting the Feral Heart folder from your C-Drive and reinstalling the latest setup. This seems to fix most bugs with the game.

we did change plans like from telus to shaw or something. Im not sure if it started on new yrs day. And i dont think its because alot of people r trying to get on cuz ive tried many times

Then it's on your end, that's causing the problem. Have a parent check your firewall and run the game as an admin, see if it works then.

Get your parent to help you, odds are if there's a firewall on your computer, they installed it or at least have knowledge of it being there.

Ok, we tried but unfortunately it didnt work, so im going to try re-installing it. when i do that do i have to delete certain folders too?

When you un install you still must delete the FeralHeart folder that remains behind. This will complete the Whole Uninstalling so when you re install it wont mess up on you.
