Logging in - Urgent!!

So, whenever I attempt to log in, it fails to connect to the server although I checked the server was online. After about two tries, the window crashes! It has been going on for over a week now and I'm really bummed. I have tried everything including re-installing, a new account, internet connection, and firewall protection. I know it's not internet because I can go online and play other stuff too! Please help me!

When re-installing, are you completely deleting your Feral Heart folder? If not, try doing that.

You might just have to wait it out. FH occasionally crashes and a lot of people can't get on. Maybe you tried to log in during one of these times. The post above mine is good tho.

Becky could be right as well, when there's a huge sum of people online, it can sometimes be difficult for others to squeeze their way onto the server.
