It's actually no secret. Looking at her full character design, you can see she's a maid. In Danganronpa, there are "Ultimate ___________" titles and she's the ultimate maid. Meaning, she is the only person in all of Japan who is capable of doing maid-work the best because that's what the ultimates are. Teenagers who are the better than everyone else at what they do in all of their country (which is Japan). Example titles (which are in the DR games) Ultimate Baseball Player, Ultimate Detective, Ultimate Programmer, Ultimate Swordswoman, Ultimate Nurse, Ultimate Gamer, Ultimate Akido Master, Ultimate Assassin, Ultimate Robot (There's a character who's literally a robot. I mean, being a robot isn't a talent but hey), etc.
This scene where she is being executed because she murdered someone and was found out during the trial and the beginning shows her running from people who supposedly want her fired because she's a nurse that isn't actually doing a good job at her work. I don't know the rest of her execution and what it's based off, but she climbs up a thorny vine and ends up falling when she reaches the top.

and the text is the song title of a kpop song by bts bc i thought it'd fit a maid, who works their butt over for others where they do work so much they sweat, maybe cry if they get hurt, and bleed if they get hurt.
