Yeah, but most anime I've ever know to exists isn't really meant for kids or anyone my age, really...

There are a lot of inappropriate shows, so I usually don't watch much like YouTube shows made by random people or anime (I do watch Feral Pride and even asked to be a voice actor...)

Is the anime child friendly?

Not really, sorry.
There's a ton of cursing (and there was s-x in the series, TWICE), sexual jokes and a ton of blood.
Plus, vomiting which may disgust people a lot.
I did provide link to a video where he first appears though, you can watch that part and then leave it alone once you're done.
