Erin Hunter's New Series! What are your Opinions?

So, I suspect some of you read Warriors, which I do too. I've heard and seen a lot of rumors that Erin's making a new series called Survivors-- and then I found out it's true! I looked on the Warrior Cats official website and they're having a poll for what the cover should be. Survivors is about domestic dogs, I'm guessing. I just want to hear your opinions, and what you think of the new series. c:

It won't have over forty books XD.
But it sounds rather interesting, I may have to check it out; but that probaly depends on how "Warriors" will end, so far, the recent three series for warriors weren't very good, so I may or may not.

Survivors isn't about domestic dogs really. They we're wince domestic and then all the humans disappeared and how they are all gone (yay!!!) So yea the dogs are all alone in a ruined world. I have read the first book and part of the second one (I know it isn't out yet. That's how awesome I am.) But by what I have read, I can tell it will be yet another great series.

But yeah, I know they aren't really all domestic after reading the first book x3 I have to agree with you-- so far it seems like a great series, and I'm sure it will be~ owo

Yes I cannot wait until book 2 is officially out!! I own book one (cuz I'm sooooooo awesome) so

I'm not that excited for it, as much as I like Warriors. Yes, the original plot for Warriors is done. But, they are going to be writing about the dawn of the clans. In other words, The story of thge beginingof the clans. I am excited for that. But back to Surviviors, I'm not really a dog fan, nor of the quickly-aging apocolyptic setting.

I don't like Survivors for several reasons, really.

1. It was poorly written and rushed like nothing else.

2. The Dog-Vocabulary was given to much at the beggining, it should have been explained as the book paced itself along.

3. The style of the writing just seemed like it was made by the average forum roleplayer. It is nothing like Terry Goodkind, George R.R Martin, Brandon Sanderson(Forevah <3), or even DJ Machales PENDRAGON novel.

Those are my three main reasons. Their are many more, however those are mere small details in comparison to these topics.

Another issue I have found was that the Erins have a new teammember on their side.
Who, by the way, is incredibly inexperienced. :I And there, you have it. ^^
