I'm sorry, the original artist has a disclaimer asking not to use, edit, or copy the image in any way. I cannot draw this character for you or it would be art theft sorry. Perhaps you can find a free lineart you can color in with your own design and I can make that for you?

No I cannot do that one. It belongs to another artist and was created for use of a website. By using those character I would violate their copyrights.
