Since in IT you had to create an account separate from your forum account to log in, is that how it works here? I've tried logging in with my forum username and pw, but it won't work. Am I doing something wrong, or is it an unrelated log-in problem?

I'm not sure how it worked in IT, but the username and password that you sign up with here and have a password confirmation via email is the one you use to sign into the game with. Try this:

Click on Unable to log in/go online. It should help determine what the problem is. And if not, then we'll dig deeper into the techy issues that are log in errors.
