Firstly, this is the wrong place to ask for help, next time, post in the Game's Help thread.

Secondly, can you be more specific? Is the game shutting down for you when you start it?

I agree with CloudFish. Even though I am a Newbie, I know quite a bit about fixing problems in a game. The question doesn't give us much about your problem so it's quite impossible to help you unless you specify what it says and we could give suggestions on how to fix your problem. The game shut down on me before but I was able to fix the problem by reinstalling the game and deleting some unwanted files on my computer.
