((Would it be fitting if maybe one of the explorers (out of Metis, Chikao, Nyla, and Tetra) got hurt and had to stay in the infirmary for a little while after the job? Like maybe Seviper here gets Tetra badly poisoned but they save the Shinx.
Just a little side story we could add~ I kinda wanna make Metis worried about someone LOL))
Metis turned away as the crystal barrier collapsed entirely, shards of it flying in all directions. It seemed as if as soon as she raised her head and opened her eyes, a youthful scream ripped through the air.
"H-HELP!" Shooting into the dungeon, the vulpix skidded to a stop behind Tetra and gazed in awe at the situation before them. A seviper had coiled itself around the poor Shinx, its sinister cry echoing around the room. Metis felt a shudder dash down her spine. The serpent practically belittled the rest of the group, standing at eight feet tall (or long, considering half of his body lay flat on the ground), with a long thick blue and gold tail that seemed to go on forever if it weren't for the sickle at the end of it.
"Hey, you! Care for a family reunion?!" Metis cringed, what was this snivy thinking? Seviper would have a type advantage over her, she could get seriously hurt! Turning her attention back to the opponent, who now had his intense ruby eyes fixed on Tetra, Metis leapt at him, a roar exploding from her throat.

The move had no effect on the heavy Fang Snake pokemon, who simply raised his sickle tail and slapped her away. Fortunately, in order to do this, he had to loosen his grip on the Shinx who was sent plumetting toward the ground. Metis collided with the damp floor hard and fast, dust flying up all around her. Lifting herself up she growled, fire tickling the back of throat before spilled out of her maw, shooting toward the seviper. He let out a cry of pain, a nasty burn mark appearing on his side. His head barelled toward her, jaws open, twin red fangs gleaming. Metis barely had time to think before they sunk into her back, lifted her up, and tossed her away like she was nothing. Hitting the ground again, the vixen stood up halfway and froze, nerves tensing up. She couldn't move.

Crunch (Seviper on Metis, which in turn made her 'cringe' at the end of the post) :3

((I can offer Chikao getting harmed, I mean if the infirmary is in the Guild it'd also give him the chance to keep interacting with them as he heals and know them more and maybe learning a bit about him, though with Tetra being a Grass type it'd make more sense since Poison is super effective against her so she'd get more hurt xD

I don't mind either way, just letting everyone know I won't mind haha.))


Chikao was quick to arrive at the scene, sounds of battle already going on by the time he arrived. It played out before him like a movie being fast forward, he had to take it all in quickly and act soon after. Tetra trying to get the Seviper's attention, the Shinx trapped in it's grasp, and Metis now attacking the serpent. It was somewhat successful as Seviper loosened it's grip on Shinx and dropped him, but Metis was hit with what appeared to be a Crunch, and glancing to her now it was taking affect. It appeared that this Seviper was a lot stronger and smarter than the previous Pokemon they came across.

Tensu began running across the distance, bringing the snake-like Pokemon's gaze to him instead of the temporarily stunned Metis and Tetra. Halfway across, however, he jumped and began clawing at the ground, soon disappearing under it's surface. This caught Seviper off guard for a second, searching around for the vanished Meowth. Slightly behind it, the sound of crumbling earth brought it's attention around but Tensu was already out. "Surprise!" he shouted cheekily, slamming a hit across the snake's head. Seviper drew back in pain, and before it could recover, Tensu vanished into the ground again.

Cinni walked in the grass with her eyes closed and didnt know there was a cave infront of her then she bumped into the cave walls "HEY!!" Cinni screamed thinking someone hit her then looked around to see a cave "Whoa....." she said walking inside when she bumped into another wall "Why.....WHY!!! WHY must there be SOO many walls?!?!??" she screamed walking forward bumping into several walls "UGH!! I wish there was some other pokemon would be here to guide me...." she sighed sitting down when she heard a noise CRASH!! the noise made her jolt forward then she fell in a hole "H-H-H-H-HEEELLLPPP!!!" she screamed loudly as her paw bled because there was a thorn inside and she licked the wound "Oww...This hurts...." she said hitting her head on a diamond in the wall then she fainted

((Sorry for being so slow, after we got back from celebrating my parents' anneversary it was almost 11:00 PM and I only had time to reply to one thread. Also decided not to edit my last post because I'm lazy ;w;))

Electra instantly agreed, though looked a little crestfallen at the part where she realized Electric-Type moves would be of no use. "Yeah, I guess you're right..." she mumbled, scuffing the ground with a stubby forepaw. But then a lightbulb pushed through to her mind. "Maybe if electricity won't work, I could try and headbutt it out of the way," she suggested, even though she didn't have any physical moves like Tackle or Headbutt to work. I know I don't, but I still have a head, right?

Suddenly a hurricane of thoughts spread into her head. What if it's no use, and our time on this mission spills to the bottom of the hourglass? We're supposed to be back at the Guild for dinner at sundown. The Electrike bit her tongue, trying to get rid of all the overwhelming questions that had lodged in her mind. "But... Maybe it could work," she thought out loud, her jet-shaped head tipping to one side.

"Kekekekekekeke..." The Gabite snickered as she saw the unaware Pokemon walk to and from each shop. Maybe if I wait at Sharpedo Bluff someone will come. A frown appeared on her face. But that would mean I'd have to travel through Treasure Town and then it'd be throwing myself in a pool of Sharpedo.

Nyla trotted swiftly after Chikao, finding the team already duking it out as she arrived. She paused for a bleak moment to ready a Flamethrower, breathing in with her head tipped back. Unleashing the burning stream of flames, the Ponyta was satisfied to hear a painful hiss from the Seviper. You think you can just go around and mess with the explorers, huh? she challenged silently, the fire eating away at her spine and tail just seeming to still for a moment before it grew steadily, as if to intimidate the opponent.

The Poison-Type serpent recovered slowly from the burns it recieved, inching threateningly closer with its long red fangs bared. Suddenly it struck out like a predator to prey, attempting to wrap around the horse Pokemon's front legs, but was unsuccessful as a river of flames attacked it again. Nyla reeled back and reared, her amber eyes no longer showing fear, but determination.

Cinni woke up and coughed because the dirt on her nose and then she heard a squeal and she curled into a ball trying to hide but then she looked up and it was just some rocks falling and she licked her paw because it was now red and bleeding and a stick poked the flower on her head but she squealed hoping someone could hear her and come cave her

The Snivy remained idle, holding back a nervous gulp in her throat as the serpent approached her, but it wasn't long before the rest of her teammates had come to assist her. It was through Metis's own Flamethrower that the Seviper had to smack her away, dropping the Shinx in it's grip. A loud "Oomph!" emitted from his throat as he hit the ground with a thump, legs sprawled out as he stared, seemingly shellshocked.

"Don't just lay there! Hide!" Tetra cried, flailing an arm. She quickly turned around then, where she caught the overgrown Fang Snake tossing Metis away with a rather successful Crunch, leaving the Vulpix completely frozen. "Metis!" The snivy called, both out of worry and in hope that she could snap the Vulpix out of the trance.

With the Seviper frustrated enough over Tensu, who had dove beneath the ground to avoid the serpent's razor sharp tail, Tetra finally took the open opportunity, and, mustering her courage, dashed dowards the cobalt snake with a yell. It was a risk that the Snivy was willing to take, although it would most likely end up in failure.

Flipping herself upside down and twirling in mid-air, the Snivy spun rapidly until a flurry of razor sharp leaves began to conjure up. However, even Leaf Tornado, the attack that Tetra had mastered, even perfected, and albeit the only attack she knew, wasn't enough to fend off such a behemoth Poison type like this one.

As the Grass Snake finally halted her attack, she landed just a few mere feet from the opponent, only to find her efforts in vain. The Seviper still stood tall, despite the few gashes up towards it's face, and was now more intimidating in looks than earlier. "It...It didn't work!" Tetra gasped, partially gulping. While still in a fighting stance, she too was frozen, partially surprised at her failure and ashamed for the pride she had held before.

The Seviper took his own opportunity now; the giant serpent lunged foward, red fangs glistening as they bared straight for the grass type. They didn't stay red for long either, and began to glow a sickly purple. Tetra felt great heat and searing pain stretch across her forearm as they sunk into it, making the young Snivy cry in pain. She then felt herself be lifted from the damp earth, and was tossed away carelessly like a ragdoll.

"...Uhn..." The snivy moaned as she lay spread across the earth, daring not to gaze at the wound of her forearm, which was now stuffed with "venom." Finally, her eyelids parted from her ruby red eyes, to see the behemoth shadow of her opponent blanketing over her. In the Seviper's glistening eyes was a look of death and voracious hunger.

"Alright...you've asked for it!"
As a last resort, the Snivy grabbed the small crystal shard from her bandana, the same one that she had collected from earlier, and threw it blindly at the Fang Snake; hitting it squarely in the eye.

"Ya, I suppose we might aswell give that a shot." Kyeshui replied with a smile, looking down at Electra; who was slightly smaller than him. There was a heck of a chance it would work; although Electra didn't know any moves such as tackle or headbutt, her head still looked pretty strong, it would probaly be enough to shatter the rock or push it towards the side abit.
"Good thinking!" The riolu finnaly comemnted, still smiling as he jumped off the ground, though didn't bother taking a simple step towards the immense oddly-shaped boulder which might or might block their way to the next floor; where they would meet L.
"Should I try with one of my moves first?" The stark-white riolu asked, his small and somewhat 'stubby' tail flicked towards the side as he looked over his shoulder towards Electra, who was still sitting in the soft grass. The riolu probaly should try shattering the rock first; it might hurt abit if Electra tried shattering or moving the rock with a headbutt- as she didn't even know the move; it was actually a simple action. While if Kyeshui tried first, they could possibly avoid injury to Electra; considering he would probaly try an attack he already knew on it, so there was a smaller chance for him to be injured in the process.
"Well, you might be hurt if you try first, cause' you don't know headbutt or anything, so ya' might get hurt..." Kyeshui allowed his thoughts to flow from his mind into a comment. "So, I'll try first!"
Without another word, or even a sign or hesitation or though, Kyeshui took two steps forward; then one back. Preparing an aura sphere; which he would send flying towards the boulder that could possibly be the object blocking their path.
The glistening and slightly 'glowing' sphere shined a bright 'blended' colour; those of a gleaming golden and an almost blinding shade of white. The two colours, both different from each other in many ways seemed to blend perfectly together. The sphere-like object seemed to get abit bigger every time a few seconds passed.
Kyeshui grunted when the ball went flying towards the boulder at quite a fast speed; it landed with what sounded like a satisfying 'THUMP', right smack in the middle of the boulder. Dust flew everywhere in all directions, making it seem as if some Poke'mon had decided to use the move 'Sand Storm', which made it so the enemy Poke'mon would find it hard to find their way around and land a critical hit.
But, much to the riolu's dismay, when the dust clear the rock seemed simply; unscathed. It was like nothing even hit it at all. Not even a scratch could be seen on it's rough surface.
"Wh-... M-Ma-Maybe it's aura-sphere proof .." Kyeshui said, stammering abit as he stared at the rock with a sort of 'horrorful' look on his face. That aura sphere was his most effective and accurate attack; it looked as if he would have to allow Electra to take this one.

Metis' muscles whined whenever she tried to move, exploding with pain at even the simple action of labored breathing. The vulpix watched helplessly as the Seviper whaled on the rest of the party, time seeming to go in slow motion when she was immobilized. Suddenly Tensu leapt out from underground and slapped the foe across the face with his cat-like claws, a cheeky taunt going along with a flash of his teeth, "Surprise!"
You sly fox, She thought, her amethyst eyes lighting up as Nyla sent a flamethrower the Seviper's way, making yet another burn mark across the reptillian skin. Soon after, a familiar looking blizzard of leaves were sent twirling toward him, but they simply bounced off of him or made shallow slits where they hit. Metis' eyes widened as the seviper sank his glowing purple fangs into Tetra's shoulder, injecting the snivy with the venom and tossing her away.
"Tetra!" She cried before the grass snake announced something loudly and threw a sharp shard of blue at the foe's face.

The blue crytal inserted itself deep into the poison snake's eye, blood sliding down from the socket as soon as it slid in. The Seviper gave a cry of pure agony, reeling back and flailing its blade-tail wildly. Metis felt her limbs snap back to a movable state, and as soon as the tail came flying toward her, she sprang away, letting the tail crash against the ground she was once glued to. Huffing, she skidded against the ground and powered up a Fire Spin, burning fiercely in her maw and waiting for the moment to strike. Her eyes flitted around until they were set upon Tetra. Sighing, she let the flames go out and she sprinted toward the injured snivy, barking to Nyla along the way, "Look out for the kid!" She was reffering to the Shinx they had come all this way to rescue.

Metis nudged Tetra hurriedly, "You still okay?" She asked off-handedly, rummaging through bag slung over her shoulder. Bringing out a small, soft pink fruit, a Pecha berry, the vulpix held it at Tetra's mouth, "Hurry, eat it. We don't have time to waste!"

Jade's eyes narrowed as she felt the urge to take a step forward and examine the riolu's move more intently. His appearance was strange enough, and it seemed to affect the look of his moves too. Not to mention a normal riolu isn't supposed to know Aura Sphere... As she watched the dust clear, the absol heard a noise off to her left. It seemed to be underground somewhere, a frightened squeal for help. Curious, the white-furred beast took a step in that direction before glancing back at the two. If it's someone in danger, I wouldn't want to just ignore it... Besides, it could take them a while to find out where the next floor is. I won't lose them. Now more confident, the guildmaster nodded to herself and glided over the ground silently, only pausing to detect the sounds of the pokemon apparently in danger.

Her nose suddenly twitched, she smelt blood. That couldn't be good... Jade stood at the edge of a hole in the ground and rose an eyebrow, that was most odd... The absol peered in, tilting her head to the side. At the bottom of the hole appeared to be a lush green bush with pink flowers on it, but she knew it was a living pokemon when she saw the blood and the shiny eyes. "Don't worry," She said, trying to keep her voice calm yet comforting, "I'll get you out of there." The absol took a few steps back before launching herself into the hole, landing over the shaymin but not on top of it. Weird... A legendary? Here? "Are you hurt?"
