"It's a deal!" he said as he darted up the steep ladder which lead to the 'lobby'. The five Poke'mon walked out the door, into the bright sunlight's glimmering light. Metis led them toward what looked like a mini forest or something, several paths lead in and out of a clearing cut into the woods. They took a path with a few bushes dotted here and there, they were probaly berry bushes, but they had all been picked clean. The path probaly led to Tiny Forest; their Destination. They walked through the rather empty forest for a bit, there didn't appear to be any berries in the area; or even one on the bushes he and the other had passed up. The Grass Poke'mon in the area had seemed to become aware of the five-member exploration team.
They continuesly poked their heads out behind trees, and some even appraoched them; or attacked.
It wasn't exactly a smart move of course, the weak Grass-type Poke'mon stood no chance against the group of five, especially since they had the fiery-tempered Kitsune by their side; fire-type Poke'mon had a advantage when it came to fightining agaisnt grass-type Poke'mon.
"Keh, wheres are the berries?" he thought as he stomach let out a low, growl. The others seemed to have paid no notice though, which was sort of good. The rather long-ish grass trickled his angle, it was a little iritaiting. It seemed to take forever to only get to 'level two'.

The walk into Tiny Wood's had been sort of leisurely... The grass dwellers seemed a bit cautious, or even a bit nervous. Though it felt it felt good to be in a mystery dungeon again, with the sun shining through the leaves above them and eerie silence just waiting for someone to attack, the area seemed stripped of all berries and other goods. On the other hand, this dungeon wasn't exactly one of the hardest out there. The more challenging the dungeon, the more treasure lies there...
"Remember, we're looking for an Aipom in the third floor... So we need to find those stairs..." Brushing away some tall, wide leaves to pass through (and probably hit the Pokemon following behind her uninteintionally.) Her eyes brightened when she saw the slanting hole in the ground that lead to the third floor (it made no sense to her, how she could go higher up by going down a case of stairs...) but paused abruptly seeing three grass Pokemon guarding it. A small blue body with leaves protruding from the top of its head (Oddish), a green body with a yellow face and a lighter green bud swelling up from the top of it (Budew), and a nimble looking deer with a light pink back (Deerling).
Sighing in irritance, Metis blew a scorching hot flame from her mouth and sent it toward them, causing them to disperse in hopes that they wouldn't catch flame. They're pretty weak along with being grass types... Running away is expected."Alright, we're almost there!" Darting down the stairs and pausing as the world darkened then became filled with light again as she came out the other side, she was hit with a sickeningly sweet smell. It went into her nose and seemed to make her head feel fuzzy. Taking a step forward, she found herself staring a bright pink world with cherry blossoms flying through her vision. What the heck... Raising her now droopy violet gaze, she saw a six foot tall dinosaur with a towering neck with some kind of yellow fruit dangling from its neck...

She inhaled more of the Sweet Scent, finding it addicting. The leafy wings on the Pokemon's back fluttered rapidly, flushing away the smell. Senses slightly coming back to her, she stared up, open-mouthed.
"HOLY MOTHER OF ALL THAT ARCEUS HAS CREATED IT'S A TROPIUS!" She yelled, every strand of fur on her body standing up. Even though all her instincts told her to do something, she found herself just standing there...

((Sweet Scent(move): Lowers a foe's evasiveness. :3))

Chikao followed after the group at a steady pace but took care to remain more in the back, at least somewhat. It was just a habit of his, he took care of the rear and made sure nothing snuck up on them, it was the same when he was working with Sneasel. He always took the lead and worked quickly, trusting his partner to watch his back. So far this tactic didn't seem necessary but one never knew, the Pokemon around them kept their distance and mostly avoided the group until they came upon the stairs, but the fiery kitsune soon took care of that problem.

I'd hate to be the one at the end of those flames, Chikao/Tensu couldn't help but think, following the others through the stairway. However, he came up more slowly, ears twitching and eyes alert as he listened to his surroundings. The stairways were easy ways to make a Pokemon fuddle their senses and disable them to oncoming danger, one would never know if a Pokemon was just waiting on the other side. It was because of this he noticed the faint, sweet scent before becoming vulnerable to it.

Sweet Scent! Chikao thought in alarm, holding his breath immediately. Glancing up/down the stairs he noticed that the Vulpix was already out and the air thick of the stuff around her. Cursing beneath his breath, the Meowth placed his paw in what at first seemed like his fur, but what was really a pouch hanging from a belt that blended with his pelt with a few more around it. When he drew it a black bandanna was in the paw, this he tied around his nose and mouth. Next he flew up the flight of stairs, stealthy running past the remaining Pokemon there.

"Look out!" the cry was muffled in the bandanna as the dinosaur-like Pokemon prepared to strike, Chikao running up right beside Metis. He placed a paw right on her shoulder as if to push her but really he gave a light but firm shove, a move to try and break the trance she was in. After that he removed the paw and stepped in front of the vixen.

A bright flash illuminated the Meowth then directed itself right at the Tropious just as it was about to strike. It let out a stunned cry, knocking it back for a second as it recovered itself from the Thunderbolt. Fortunately for it, it's part Grass Type weakened the move so it wasn't supereffective due to it's part Flying Type. Still the move did the trick to get it to back off momentarily for the rest of the gang to recover.
The Hobbit

"Where did you go to, if I may ask?" said Thorin to Gandolf as they rode along.
"To look ahead," said he.
"And what brought you back in the nick of time?" "Looking behind,"...

Electra plodded confidently after the rest of the team, keeping a steady pace, until she came to a set of stairs leading down. Stairs? In the middle of the woods? She hesitated to enter the yawning black hole, but as she saw the others go through it, the canine followed as well. Darkness enveloped her and shut the outside away for a few moments, leaving Electra blinded with shadows, even once light stretched its way into her vision again.

A pink haze drifted over her mind as she stepped out, shocking her for a moment, her legs suddenly feeling fatigued. Sweet Scent! Realizing what the attack was, the breath caught in her throat and she stopped, struggling just to stay on her paws, which felt numb along with the rest of her. What's wrong with me...? she thought groggily, as if she were half asleep. As the Sweet Scent faded a bit, the Electrike found her senses and glanced around, looking for everyone, but her eyelids still seemed heavy. Trudging slowly after, Electra lowered her head and sniffed the ground for the gang's scent. At last she picked up a trace and followed it to the others, only to see a large sauropod-like Pokemon with huge leafy wings, and the familiar fruit growing from its neck. It looked paralyzed for the moment, but Electra didn't want to take any chances, so she lowered herself down into the tall grass and stalked over to the other side. Sighing in quiet relief, she scanned the area quietly for any other dangers.

Having followed Metis, Tensu, and the rookies, Duna observed the lush plant life growing around her. It was filled with Bug and Grass-type Pokemon, which were either staring at her in uncertainty or flailing beneath the trees, looking for something to eat. The Purrloin let out a rumble in the back of her throat and moved on between the towering plants, only seeing the staircase to the third floor when a Deerling let out a soft cry of happiness due to spotting a few Oran beneath the leaves.

Duna had just entered the next floor when a bittersweet smell wafted over her, catching her off-guard for a moment. Instantly noticing it was coming from farther ahead, she slapped her tail over her mouth and nose, following the trails in the grass. Seeing a large dinosaur-like Pokemon ahead, she lowered onto her four paws, since it was easier to quicken her pace that way. Duna raced across the forestry, her steps quick and silent and her breaths shallow, stopping only to let a small group of Grass Pokemon cross her path. The others might be in trouble! she thought, pressing on through the brush until she finally reached the Tropius. Noticing it seemed in shock, Duna realized the team probably already passed through this way. She crouched down and darted through, her fur only a purple-and-pale blur, turning and barely missing a thorn bush as she skidded. "Phew," she sighed, staying a bit low while staring wide-eyed at the stunned sauropod Pokemon.

(Sorry I took so long! I haven't been feeling very well the past day or two and writers' block is stalking my every movement. D:)

(I think I've finnaly recovered from my terrible writer's block! C:)

Kyeshui skidded back a bit when the familiar Poke'mon; a Tropious suddenly appeared. He was about to strike it with whatever moves he had, we wasn't very sure himself though, when Tensu suddenly flashed in front of them, paralyzing the Poke'mon with the attack Thunderbolt. A White light enveloped the Poke'mon when he struck down the immense Dragon-like grass Poke'mon. The rather sweet scent drifted in a pinkish cloud toward the group of Poke'mon. He reconized the attack at once as Sweet Scent; the attack was used to lower the attacking Poke'mon's evasiveness, making the Poke'mon much easier for the user to attack. Kyeshui remembered what it had done with one of his Poke'mon; Detsu, who was a rather strong Vaporeon. The attack had made her extremely vulnerable to direct hits, which was quite a bit of a problem bacause the user was a grass-type. He immediantly used a crimson bow he recieved from Jade, or Guild Master to prevent the wavering scent from getting to him.

Kyeshui could already tell that Electra had been affected by the Tropious' attack. "Electra, use the scarfhe ordered with a muffled yell. They had to get down/up the steps as soon as possible, only he still didn't get why there were steps in the middle of a forest, infact he sort of wondered if it was even possible. He looked in the direction of Tensu and the Tropious, then he said in another muffled voice; "Need a little help?". He didn't wait for an answer. The stark-white Riolu rushed forth to Tensu's aid, then struck out with Aura sphere, the silvery-grey ball mixed with a tinge of cyan blue flew toward the Tropious. The paralyzed Poke'mon regained mobility then fell back with a mournful cry. It down on Kyeshui and Tensu, the dragon was obviously angry at the canine and feline-like Poke'mon. With a roar, the dragon used an attack called stomp. The move could be dangerous, especially when used by a Poke'mon that had such an immense structure. He rolled out of harm's way, nearly by an inch before beckoning the other three to go up/down the stairs. He wasn't sure the sleepy-ish Poke'mon would notice though.

(( Writers block... Everyone hates it.

YOUR WEELCOOOOOOME))

Jumping back to her senses when Tensu gave her a light shrug, she watched with sharp eyes as a silvery aura sphere knocked the opponent back with a blood-curdling cry. Duna and Electra were nowhere in sight, but Metis' mind was too occupied by the shadow casting over her and Tensu to think about that right this moment... Ears perking up as she realized the Tropius had hopped into the air was trying to crush them beneath his mighty feet. Violet eyes flickered rapidly around, noting that Kyeshui had tuck and rolled safely out of the way. Ramming into the Meowth beside her to get him out of harms way, she raised her maw and allowed furious flame to spout from it, searing the underside of the dinosaur's foot. The monster roared in pain, gravity pulling him down and making him clash with the ground just as Metis and Tensu had moved out of the way.

Dashing frantically over to the stark white Riolu, dodging a flurry of sharp leaves that were sent her way, she asked where Electra and Duna were. Seeing that said Electrike and Purrloin were nearby, she furrowed her brows and wheeled around at a frustrated bellow. "Wh-What's his problem?" She asked rhetorically, huffing and turning to the others, "Lets hurry and find those stairs. I'll buy us some time," Her eyes glowed and small, rotating balls of light materialized around her. Just looking at them would make you dizzy. Sending it toward the Tropius just as it crashed through the trees and found them, he grunted in confusement and started swinging his head from side to side as if he couldn't see them.
"While he's confused, let's get outta here!"

The sudden sight of an Aura Sphere caught Chikao off guard for a split second, looking back at the Riolu in shock. Aura Sphere was a very special move, one that only a Lucario could learn and no other Pokemon. Even so, it's pre-evolved form wouldn't be able to learn it on their own but had to go through rigorous training and have excellent strength. For this Pokemon to already know it deepened Chikao's suspicions of him, and he became more curious of who he was.

The shove knocked the thoughts out of him as his feet were, but he quickly snapped back to reality and saw the Triopious using stomp. Metis had thankfully saved him from the move, and he was able to land on all fours before hitting the ground, lifting his right forepaw up so he could turn halfway to glance behind him. The kitsune managed to keep the Flying-Grass type Pokemon at bay, and was now summoning up another move, one he believed to be Confuse Ray. Seeing their chance, Tensu nodded in her direction in understanding, lifting himself back to his feet and choosing a direction he guessed where the next stairs laid.

"Come on you slow pokes!" He called back behind him with a sly smile, eyes particularly darting to the Electrike and Purrloin. "Let's get out of here quick. We're getting company." With the appearance of the Triopious, a few other, bolder Pokemon began showing up. All were the weaker Pokemon, one, an Oddish, blocking the Meowth's path. Claws unsheathed themselves from Chikao's paw, glowing a dark, shadowy mist around them. The Night Slashed moved the Oddish out of the way, letting out a cry then running off. Tensu took care not to damage it too much so was pleased it chose to run instead.
