Log in problems? [Solved]

I saw a thread about this already, and I tried the advice given there and it hasn't worked. So.
Everytime I try to log in it tells me that I have the "wrong username/password". I've retyped it multiple times. I have made a new account ( "AspiringEverything" instead of "Aspiring-Everything"). I've also tried changing my password. So far no luck :c
Any further advice would be appreciated...



P.S.: Just making sure... The username and password are the same I use to log onto the forum, correct? Maybe I'm just stupid :p

It Might just be something small, like the email you are using or even the program your using. Maybe reinstall FH, or use a different email.

Could be that the username is too long. We've been have problems with longer users lately. No numbers/symbols in user or password.

Yeah I agree, try a shorter username. Now, my own problem - I log in great, but sometimes, when my game is loading - is says "Bad Token" what does that mean?

Oh bad token means that the server is not loading properly, due to, to many people in that area, lack of internet, big map or sometimes the FH download. It cant really be fixed, youll just need to keep retrying to get in, or redownload FH. This happens to many people, mostly in fluorite, i would suggest you keep retrying or if its a huge bother, maybe go to a smaller area with less users.

Thanks, that makes sense cus sometimes Instead of bad token, it says "unable to load map" so yeah.
