Sorta Advanced Map Help

Is there a way to have more than three different types of terrain? I've seen videos and pictures on it, but a lot of people say it doesn't work anymore, or there was something wrong with FeralHeart.

I'm just wondering this so I can make a huge map with more landscape difference.

If it works, please provide a link to a place that will show how to make the multiple-mask terrain.

I actually just experamented with this myself, unfortunately i haven't uploaded the map eyt because it's on my other computer. I would assume you just use different colors when creating the mask. Like there is blue, red and green, I added yellow but i'm not sure if it works yet. I'll tell you if it does when I get my map uploaded tomorrow.

Oh yus. For an experiment of mine, there are 6 terrains. Hamrocks (c) Hamilton. I love that texture!
