     So, I am receiving a failed login attempt for the game. I believe I read somewhere that if that happens and one is sure everything is correctly entered then they should created a new account with out capitals/numbers, etc. I just wanted to double check if this were true before going and creating a new account because I am having trouble finding the post I saw said information in...

I think in your case Chaillot, your username may be too long, is it what you always sign your posts with? Or is it Chaillot?

     It's what I sign my posts with: Benevolent Decadence. I guess it is rather long.

Aye, will have to remake your account, or PM admin to change username. (Though is just easier to delete your current account and make a new one).

For usernames, try to keep short, and no spaces/numbers/crazy symbols. We've been having problems with new users lately with these things that we didn't before. But bleh, easiest way is to go simple.
