Map Downloads for Mac?

I can't find any public map downloads for the Mac version of FH  Is there any public ones that are good that I can download? And how?

Also, are there any other maps other than the Kicho Tunnel, Lonely cave, Atlantis, South Pole, Temple of Dreams, Flourite Plains, and Cape of Distant Worlds? Thanks!

In addition to the ones you mentioned, there is Ascension Island, and Sky's Rim. You get to these by climbing the cave in Lonely Cave.
