Feral Heart .exe has stopped working....

I can't even get onto one of my characters without that popping up. Someone help! xc

If your character's in Fluorite, this will continue to occur, the map server crashed.

If this is happening even for new characters, be patient, there's an account bug, and it's being addressed and worked on as they find out what the issue is.

Ok. And yes, all my charracters are in Flourite.

Actually, it happens when I'm trying to get on my character. Does that have anything to do with the bug?

Yes. Fluorite is down though, at the moment. Try making a new character and we'll be able to determine if it's the account bug or not.

I'm having the same problem also, except none of my characters are in Flourite. Most of them are in Ascension Island. Has that map server crashed also? Won't let me get on any other characters that aren't in AI also.

The same thing is happening to me. I will chose a character and my screen will go light. Then it will say FeralHeart.exe has stopped working. Windows is looking for the solution to the problem... the it doesn't work. Is there any way to fix it? Plzz tell me!!

Like I stated earlier, there is an account bug going around, it's being worked on, so be patient if will.
